Pros

Punctual working hours, a very large parking lot, lots of sports cars owned by the boss, and a lavish year-end banquet.

Cons

1. The company has absolutely no system. There are relatives and favorites everywhere, and every supervisor goes into the boss’s office to whisper in his ear.

2. I stayed for three years, but there was no salary adjustment policy. The perfect-attendance bonus makes up a large proportion of the compensation, and the year-end bonus depends on the boss’s mood—getting one month’s salary is already very good. There are absolutely no other bonuses, and the year-end banquet raffle was canceled as well.

3. There used to be a bonus system, but it changed every quarter and was completely nominal. There were overseas employee trips, but employees had to pay for 90% of the cost themselves—unless you were one of the boss’s favorites ^_^

4. The HR staff member who recruited me changed three times in one year. This year, an entire department also resigned, leaving only those with connections to enjoy an easy life ^_^

Pros

1. All positions at the company start at a salary of $30K.

2. There is indoor parking for cars and motorcycles.

3. The supervisor provided a very detailed introduction. They are a hands-on supervisor who clearly explained both the company’s advantages and disadvantages.

4. The office environment is bright and clean.

Cons

1. The company provides lunch, but $1,500 per month is deducted regardless of whether you eat it.

2. Indoor parking requires a fee: $500 per month for motorcycles and $2,500 per month for cars.

3. During the interview, they kept talking about their past work experience, which made it easy for the conversation to stray from the topic and ramble.

4. Company assets are handled separately by each department without centralized management, and there are no real systems or procedures in place.
