Read the community guidelinesThe person in charge here is terrible. If you weren’t going to hire me, why waste my time by having me come for an interview? I even rearranged my schedule. It’s infuriating. Don’t bother going to this factory; no wonder it has so many negative reviews.
The company looks down on people and isn’t any better itself.
I heard from HR that the department basically works regular hours.
A normal performance review results in 14 months of salary (less than at my current company).
The company is in a remote location and feels a lot like a factory.
I interviewed for the EMV software engineer position.
It started with a technical test covering C and C#. After the test, HR came to chat with me, followed by the department director and a junior manager.
During the interview, did the department director overthink things? They asked questions like whether I had run into difficulties and wanted to change companies, whether I had trouble getting along with colleagues, and what reasons I had to convince them to hire me.
Me??? Your HR contacted me for an interview, and I was curious, so I came. I had no intention of going to this company.
After the discussion, the final step was a 100-question intelligence test. Although it was very easy, there were an awful lot of questions.
For other information, I think PTT probably has it all.
