1. The interview notification even misspelled the interviewee’s name, which felt somewhat disrespectful.
2. The hiring manager took leave on the day HR scheduled the interview, making me feel like I had been brought in just to meet a hiring quota.
3. The interview position differed considerably from my previous experience, and it was obvious that HR had not reviewed the interviewee’s background.
