Read the community guidelinesThe only good thing was encountering a good junior manager. They were capable, so...... Otherwise, nothing.
Poor management, feudal, unbelievable
The office appears to have been renovated, so it feels relatively new.
That's all—nothing more.
The interview was for a general affairs and switchboard position, and the HR representative conducting the interview was very disrespectful. I arrived at the company about 10 minutes before the scheduled interview time and was writing information in the meeting room. While I was halfway through, the HR representative knocked, came in, and asked whether I was finished. When I said I wasn't finished, she said she would just sit beside me and wait for me to finish! The point is, I hadn't even been writing for 10 minutes.
1. The interview experience was extremely poor. The HR representative seemed to be in a hurry when asking questions, and after every question kept asking, "Do you have any other questions?" (She kept saying this after every question. If you don't want to conduct interviews, could you please close the job posting?)
2. I had no idea what was being interviewed at all. The salary and benefits were explained unclearly, so it was simply a waste of the interviewee's time.
3. Also, the HR representative said that this position basically involves washing cups for about 80% of the entire day. Perhaps students looking for a part-time job and with nothing to do during the day could apply—they probably need someone to wash cups.
???
The female supervisor conducting the interview asked not about the job duties, but about the previous company’s department, organizational structure, and headcount (as if reporting on the previous SOP123 level). It felt very unpleasant at the time. Although the company is also selecting employees, such an uncomfortable interview is truly unforgettable.
