A senior executive, relying on being somewhat related to the company, does whatever they want and abuses their authority. They deduct bonuses however they please, and if they don’t feel like giving one, they simply don’t. Year-end evaluations are entirely based on their mood, implying that employees should know what’s best for themselves and resign voluntarily. Their famous saying is: “If I want to make someone resign, I have hundreds of ways to make their life miserable. I absolutely will not let them receive an involuntary termination.”
