Meals are provided
Once work starts, you keep working until mealtime, with no 10- or 15-minute break in between.
There is no parking lot; you have to find a parking space nearby yourself.
Can't think of any.
The company was hard to find... I asked local people twice, but in the end I still had to take a taxi to find it.
They were hiring for a managerial position, but the woman who came to conduct the interview seemed to be the person for that position. During the interview, she only asked me to introduce myself, but she wasn't listening when I spoke.
When she finally saw my expected salary (which was actually the standard market rate for the industry), she immediately asked whether I could accept less.
They had no respect for professionalism at all; they only wanted to hire a manager for very little money.
After I said it was the standard market rate... I was immediately and perfunctorily shown out.
When communicating with colleagues, as long as they feel that your tone is bad, they can snap at you: “Then go complain about me to the chairman!” And then there’s nothing you can do about them. They won’t face any consequences for that attitude either—how great!
The other person snaps at you because they “feel” that your tone is bad, so they’re allowed to talk back to you, but you’re not allowed to talk back. If you do, your supervisor will scold you for being immature and say that it doesn’t help resolve the issue.
Everyone is just slacking off; there’s no need to take things seriously.
You won’t improve at all—it’s a waste of time.
