Pros: The boss guards against employees just like guarding against thieves. There’s nothing they can’t do—only things you haven’t thought of.
Low pay. Employees basically rarely stay for more than a year—correction, several rounds of turnover occur within a year. Overtime pay?! How could you have such an idea? Even if there were any, you wouldn’t be able to get it.
