After the restructuring, we became part of Pionir Biopharma. The systems are very chaotic, and it feels a bit like everyone is running around like headless chickens. Our management creates a lot of problems. If you are very assertive, have a strong fighting instinct, and are good at dealing with inconsistent managers, then you will definitely be able to stay. If not, good luck.
