Pros
The salary is ridiculously low, and there is severe infighting.
Cons
Managers will set traps for you to fall into, and will go to great lengths to make it difficult for you to report overtime. Verbal humiliation of employees and other forms of silent abuse occur. Most importantly, this is a company that has violated the Labor Standards Act.
