To summarize, this company constantly tries to obtain interviewees’ ideas and experience. After the interview, they ask you to submit a specified market report, saying it is to prove your abilities. I hope that after reading this comment, you can avoid wasting time and move on to another company as soon as possible.

Fuburg Industrial originally manufactured sanitary pads, but its main products are now adult diapers. The owner is the second-generation successor. He has strong ideals and wants to expand the market, but he is stubborn and not very receptive to subordinates’ opinions. He also does not view employees as company assets and demands cost reductions in everything. The planned new product developments are numerous and disorganized. Compared with the past, the brand no longer has much recognition or awareness, yet the company does not value brand marketing. Often, the owner only asks us to follow after seeing a major brand launch a new product, by which time it is already too late.
Senior employees in the company often rely on their seniority and shirk responsibility. Even when the owner knows about it, he does not deal with it, possibly because of a previous labor dispute: https://www.chinatimes.com/newspapers/20140521000407-260106
There is also a lot of infighting, rudeness, and gossip among people who have nothing better to do.
People in the company, from the chairman and general manager to frontline employees, are not united enough. Managers lack commitment and do not know how to foster employee cohesion.
Both subordinates and the owner have an attitude of “the less trouble, the better.” Salaries are low, and there is no year-end bonus.

You have to complete a Chinese-English test to participate in the interview. The questions asked by the interviewer are extremely difficult, and in the end you also have to write an operations plan. It’s basically just soliciting proposals—don’t waste your time.
Nothing noticed…
I interviewed for a sales position. When I arrived, I was first given an English test and a financial calculation test that took over an hour. My qualifications and field of study met the requirements, but the test paper was not even reviewed or graded. The boss then started making random insinuating and belittling remarks, repeatedly saying that I was not the kind of talent they were looking for (I thought to myself, then why did you invite me to interview?). However, they said they were willing to give me a chance and asked me to spend a week observing at their stores, then submit a market research report to prove that I had the determination and ability to take on the job. I immediately realized that this was a sleazy scam to trick interviewees into doing unpaid work and gathering information, so I rejected it and left. Unexpectedly, a few days later they called to ask whether I had completed the report and how it was progressing. This is truly a bizarre, terrible company. I recommend skipping it and not wasting your time interviewing there.
