Although the company clearly appears to be of a certain size, the only interviewer was an administrative assistant. No one accompanied me when I reported for work either; everything had to be handled on my own. However, the company culture seems conservative and traditional, and they dislike you proactively asking questions, especially about your own rights and interests (for example, there was no basic contract or offer letter; they simply wrote the salary on a piece of paper, which makes people feel there is no protection). By the way, during the interview, the senior administrative assistant said that turnover was very high, but they seemed to blame the problem entirely on others. For reference.
