During the interview, the position was mechanical engineer.
When I started, it turned into writing software and going out to the field.
After I had been there for almost a month, the company had no orders that day. I was using drafting software in the upstairs office, and no one in the entire company knew how to draw (so absurd).
As a result, the section manager came upstairs and immediately berated me, saying I was slacking off—what a joke. Then that afternoon, he told me to leave immediately. His attitude was extremely poor.
I wondered how the section manager could have so much power. Later, I asked other employees and found out he was the boss’s son-in-law. Extremely disrespectful.
They use UG to set up CAD/CAM, but they could not even properly set the machine reference points. It is truly a company that is all show and no substance.
Work starts at 8:30.
The factory is very new; you have to change into slippers to use the restroom.
A false promise of career prospects.
The supervisors are all extremely suspicious. They expect you to work quickly but do not teach you; they casually gloss over things with a couple of words and then blame you for being too stupid! Those without experience should probably not go. Even if you have experience, they will only look down on you. If you need to support a family, think carefully too—if you do not meet expectations, your salary will be reduced!
The salary is very low. Even the gifts for the three major holidays are only NT$500 in vouchers, and the year-end bonus is unclear!
The supervisors all left Samsung. Their combat ability is insufficient, but they are highly skilled at making sarcastic remarks. As long as you are willing to work overtime, a lack of ability is not a problem! If you cannot cooperate with overtime, you will be considered insufficiently cooperative and be called in for a meeting!
If you do not believe me, feel free to go and experience it for yourself!
The factory is very new.
It's all English-to-Chinese translation... Infineon and Infinix—the latter can't even be compared with the former. The managers here are all insiders. Those who know, know. And as for the salary you agreed on, as long as they are dissatisfied, they will tell you that you do not meet expectations and cut your pay. A completely dishonest company.
