Pros
1. Small company; most colleagues are easy to get along with.
2. Salaries are kept strictly confidential.
Cons
There is a somewhat older female colleague who has serious issues with emotional control. Once she singles you out, she yells at you whether you do something right or wrong. Although I don't know how long she will stay here, rest assured that as long as you do your work properly, your supervisors and colleagues will see it.
