The job posting on 104 listed a salary range of 30,000–80,000, which is extremely broad. Then when I asked for 40,000, they said it was too high and still had to ask colleagues at the parent company before deciding. Before the interview, they also required me to fill out a bunch of meaningless forms, which took nearly 50 minutes, and then I waited half an hour for the interviewing manager. Apparently, other people's time means nothing to them. No wonder the position is always open.

A manager in a certain testing department engages in underhanded tactics; when bonuses are awarded, they privately message people to ask how much they received. The turnover among their subordinates is very high—think twice.
