A family business, with unclear separation from the family’s other companies. The company is very stingy; raises and promotions are handled opaquely, policies are unclear, and the managers are all terrible. The company’s products don’t make money at all—they’re just burning cash because the labor class thinks it has plenty of money.

Benefits are constantly being cut back, and there may not be a year-end bonus. The biggest problem with this company is that managers are all like specialists, without management or problem-solving abilities. The company has no systems in place, and many problems are not addressed or improved. Everyone does their own thing, and information is not shared.
