A place where you can retire
After working here for about half a year, I haven't learned anything. The supervisor does not assign work or delegate responsibilities, and many things are held up by senior colleagues. My own duties can be completed quickly, so I often don't know what to do. I have raised this issue before, but it hasn't helped much. The supervisor is unable to resolve the current problems. In addition, the colleagues around me are quite unfriendly; sometimes when I ask questions, they roll their eyes at me. When one particular colleague dislikes you, she often deliberately leaves you out when ordering food. Some long-serving employees have mediocre abilities but always enjoy berating others and acting arrogant. The work atmosphere in this department is not very pleasant.
HR is very good at talking and tricking you into joining.
1. HR worked hard to falsify your experience so you could get hired.
2. Brand PR is actually just about making you use all your connections.
3. The manager is very pragmatic and only cares about your friends’ financial means.
4. HR initially said there were 8 days off, but after joining, it was reduced to 6 days.
5. A spa with opaque pricing and extremely outdated facilities.
6. Even resigning is extremely strange—they require you to go in during a specific time period to fill out the resignation form.
7. Every branch is extremely old and has not been renovated.
In short, if you have many friends with good financial means and, with bad intentions, want to bait them into going to Fei Meng Si for a spa treatment, you would be well-suited for this job.
Very good at packaging job openings
The job description is misleading. Brand PR is essentially sales, and your customer base consists of the family and friends around you—you also need to be financially well-off.
