There are absolutely no advantages; it’s a terrible company.
This company is notorious for its extremely high employee turnover. No matter the department—especially the web art and related design departments—if you fail to meet their targets, they will replace you immediately! They do not properly explain things to new employees, either. They simply tell you which shared folder to look in and expect you to find everything yourself. They also tell you to start working first, but after you finish, it turns out not to be what they wanted, and they constantly ask you to revise it. No matter how much experience you really have, in their eyes, you are incompetent! Pay particular attention to a woman surnamed Li, because she can determine whether you stay or go. Everything is urgent, and everything has to be done quickly. The senior managers have no patience, and the relevant managers lack design ability and professionalism; all they do is reject and doubt you! They may even tell you in a meeting that if you are only there to pass the time, then this really is not a suitable place for you.
Do not join this company under any circumstances. No matter what you do, they alone decide whether it is good or bad! Finally, never believe anything anyone tells you, because those words may also determine whether you stay or leave.
Easy to work up a sweat and boost your metabolism; not so quiet that it triggers a panic attack.
You enter the lobby and are told to sit at a nearby table and wait. Suddenly, a stern gray-haired woman walks over, sits across from you, picks up your résumé, and asks, “What did you do before?” At the same time, she immediately circles your expected salary forcefully in pencil, furrows her brow, makes a phone call, then gets up and leaves without saying goodbye. Thirty seconds of your life wasted.
The next person will chat with you for a little longer, then say that everything you said is perfectly okay, and then thank you. Twenty minutes of your brilliant life wasted.
