Before the interview, it was confirmed that the position was a full-time role, and the interview was conducted directly with the company. However, on the first day of work, they presented a staffing contract for the new hire to sign. In addition, if the employee is laid off during the six-month probationary period, no severance pay is provided. This is a company with deplorable practices and is not recommended.
