Average compensation for a traditional industry company.
Cons
To get in, you have to put up with the boss’s frequent, exhausting bombardment of evangelizing, recruiting you into the church, and urging you to get baptized... They also won’t respect you if you follow common folk religions or Buddhism or Taoism.
