After observing things, I found that the manager is very good at abusing public resources for personal purposes. On top of the endless miscellaneous tasks, salaries and raises are determined based on favoritism, and year-end bonuses are also highest for the manager’s own people. The manager places their own people in positions, and even when they perform poorly, they can continue to receive promotions and raises. Meanwhile, poor performance by those who are not part of the inner circle is covered up and ignored. As a result, performance has become secondary; you need to know how to flatter the manager or be one of their people for things to go smoothly. It is extremely unfair. No wonder everyone says this company is terrible when they hear its name, and no wonder no one applies.
