Read the community guidelinesI really can't think of any.
The work pace is somewhat slow, which wastes time
The bureaucracy is severe, and working hours are extremely rigid
The elevators are difficult to wait for. Even though the MRT station is very close to the company, waiting for the elevator still wastes a lot of time
There are very few food options nearby
Low salary
You have to pay for coffee
The position applied for did not match the position upon joining. I applied for an engineering position but only did QA work
Even after I left, I saw that the engineering position was still listed on 104. Are they trying to deceive the next person?
Three minutes from the MRT
There are cute girls at other companies in the same building
The view from the rooftop is beautiful
You can see airplanes and Yangmingshan
You still have to pay for coffee? Come on—that's not the source of engineers' productivity?
The turnover rate is extremely high. Anyone with a bit of courage just leaves within a week.
Only about half of the employees actually work in the office; most are stationed at client sites, depending on the projects they're responsible for.
The sales capabilities must be very strong. Getting this product sold requires a certain level of marketing ability.
1. Conveniently located, near Daqiaotou MRT Station.
(The company has no reception desk or access control.)
1. There doesn't seem to be a dedicated HR person; an administrative employee handles it concurrently. A rather unenthusiastic lady.
2. Fill out a standard application form and take a personality test on-site.
3. It's not a large company, and the seating area is also somewhat small, like a customer service seating area.
4. The interviewer could not clearly explain the number of months of salary paid annually or the salary structure.
5. A vendor company (handling customer service system projects for banks and telecommunications companies).
6. It feels like a company that has to respond urgently to banks' needs, so the ability to react quickly is necessary!
