The office environment is clean
Cons
At first, when I joined, I could hardly see any colleagues; there were only 10 people inside. Year-end bonuses are primarily based on performance evaluations, and working hours are based on a responsibility system. Since there are few employees, everyone may have to share some miscellaneous tasks. As for other benefits, nothing much was mentioned.
