Pros
Lots of compensatory leave (because overtime is common)
Employee meals are provided (but they taste terrible)
Cons
There is no proper training, yet employees are expected to get up to speed quickly
Overtime is frequent, and supervisors will ask you to clock out first (as if they have no regard for the Labor Standards Act)
The dormitory is in the basement and smells strongly of mold
