Run away, RRRRR
1. You have to work overtime every day, and if you don't cooperate with overtime, you'll be called in for a meeting.
2. The employee turnover rate is very high.
3. Employees are treated like consumable goods.
4. You go to the restroom and come back five minutes later, and a supervisor on the first floor will still complain that you took too long, saying that at this rate you'll never finish your work.
5. The work environment is completely every person for themselves.
6. Even if you chat or talk a little, you'll be scolded and asked, "Are you done with your work?"
7. The production line is so grueling that from Monday through Sunday, people are constantly begged to come in to work. Reporting it doesn't seem to help either.
