The job opening I interviewed for was a managerial position.
When notifying me about the interview, they said they placed great importance on certain abilities.
During the interview invitation call, they even said that the job level and salary could be negotiated upward.
After the invitation call, they also sent an interview notification through 104.
However, two hours before the interview on the day itself, after repeatedly calling me, they said that they had already interviewed other candidates for the managerial position and that only a regular employee position remained.
They then unilaterally canceled the phone interview.
I was stunned, since I had already taken time off, made plans, and prepared to leave.
My mood was terrible for the rest of the day.
The boss is very nice, and the colleagues are good too. The salary and benefits are also good, and lunch comes with fruit.
Getting assigned to the wrong department is a real nightmare.
Every department is good,
except for one particular department, which is extremely not okay. The manager and colleagues in that department are seriously problematic.
