1. When I asked during the interview whether overtime pay was provided, they laughed it off, so there probably isn't any.
2. The interview application form requires a lot of information, including salary at the previous company, marital status, family, etc.
3. Low pay
Employee meals are provided for both lunch and dinner, and your leave won’t be reduced (sometimes they even let you take unpaid leave). If you have no great ambitions and don’t seek fame or fortune, you can live quite comfortably (just play dumb).
1. During the interview, they said salaries were adjusted every year, but in reality, there has never been another salary adjustment after the probationary period.
2. They use the One Fixed Day Off and One Flexible Rest Day policy as an excuse to restrict overtime, cancel perfect-attendance bonuses, and effectively cut pay.
3. Long-serving employees have a lot of authority. As is typical in traditional industries, people who have been there a long time start speaking loudly and acting arrogantly, which is disgusting; there is also covert infighting and backstabbing.
