Read the community guidelinesThere was previously a really great website planner who did an excellent job with the company website. They were diligent and courteous, and always did their best to fulfill any requests. They were one of the few people driving the company’s growth. At the time, it felt like the company was improving every week and had plans for the future, but they were later forced out.
There are no drawbacks. You can push work along when possible and slack off when possible; it’s an absolutely fantastic company with excellent benefits.
The benefits appeared to be quite good on the job bank, and they were also consistent with what was discussed during the interview.
1. The interview was scheduled for around 5 p.m., but I had to wait in the conference room for half an hour before it started.
2. During the HR interview, they felt that my salary expectation was too high and cut it once. After waiting about two or three days, they called back and cut it again, which felt rather uncomfortable.
Later, I called HR back and told them my desired salary, but there was no further response.
