Everything the previous moderator said is true. This is truly a company that shows no respect for people and mistreats its employees.

When I interviewed, a senior employee (who was also in HR) turned the music up unbelievably loud—almost as loud as in a nightclub—making it impossible for employees to interview and complete the written test properly. I asked that HR employee to turn the music down, but she refused. After I joined the company, the senior employee still played the music unbelievably loudly, making it impossible to concentrate on work. I reported this to the company, but not only did they ignore it, they also protected her, spoke up for her, and blamed me for the problem.

After working there for some time, I found it unsuitable and decided to resign. HR said that because employees had not signed the guarantee contract promising to work at the company for X years, they would refuse to pay me my wages. (In other words, if you resign, you get no wages; if you want to receive your wages, you have to sign that indenture and obediently work at the company for X years.)

I was also subjected to emotional blackmail.

While I worked there, they put up a bulletin board in an inconspicuous place, covered with notices. Most of the notices announced that a particular employee had behaved improperly and had therefore been disciplined by the company—but it was clear that the company itself was the problem, and that employees engaged in “improper behavior” because they were being driven to rebel by the company.

What era are we in that there are so many exam questions? I simply didn’t write anything and returned the test paper to her. What a waste of time—the atmosphere was bizarre.
