(Former employee who escaped) Once you join, the senior employees do not do anything and just order the newcomers around. Sometimes it takes a very long time to receive your salary. Not sure whether the company is operating well???

Review: It took nearly two months to receive a response after submitting my résumé through 104. Working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break. Overtime depends on the slow and busy seasons: during the slow season, you leave on time; during the busy season, overtime may continue past 9:00 p.m. A vest is provided after being hired, and a uniform is issued only after three months. Work after 6:00 p.m. counts as overtime; if working past 7:00 p.m., an NT$80 meal allowance is provided. The salary structure is base salary + NT$1,000 lunch allowance + variable bonus (performance) + overtime pay, totaling over NT$28K take-home pay (the salary is only disclosed after being hired). There is no perfect-attendance bonus. The technicians there have all been with the company for more than three years, and most are over 30 years old. The hiring decision was communicated within two days. Training involves working alongside a senior technician; you will not be sent directly to a site to work independently. Two days off per week, with labor insurance, National Health Insurance, and group insurance. A manual-transmission driver’s license is required. You must be able to bring subcontracted technicians to worksites. You need to know how to calculate electrical-panel equipment specifications and select components, as well as configure panel layouts and wiring, water-pipe routing, etc. Short-term business trips may be required. Experience with PLC panel wiring is preferred. This is a perpetually understaffed position that remains posted year-round.
Please allow time for interviewees to ask questions… It feels like they only want to decide whether to hire someone or not.
There are no advantages to speak of.
This company really likes to collect resumes. Even if you apply through 104 or send your resume directly to the company's email address, if they don't like you, they simply ghost you without a word. Even if you call them, all you get is an official-sounding response. As for what it's like internally, I'll refrain from commenting.
