Read the community guidelinesThere won’t be a supervisor watching what you’re doing.
The boss’s favorite is someone who slacks off and does nothing.
Low pay, many demands, and anyone who can actually do the job will be suppressed. As long as you have a high level of education and do nothing, the boss thinks you’re great. Moreover, the company’s regulations violate the Labor Standards Act.
You can have a stable job.
Most colleagues are nice, but there is some friction between certain groups.
Don't expect bonuses or salary increases.
There is an increasing tendency toward being busy with little to show for it, whether for employees or the projects the company takes on.

The interview lasted twenty minutes and included math questions, and during onboarding training we had to write six pages of reflections… For a company this strict with such low pay, I left immediately after just a few days. The two administrative assistants also resigned, so there seem to be many problems with the internal work. You have to clean up the mess left behind by the company. A minefield 😔

The previous name was Aoxin Technology. I suggest Googling the person in charge's name first—you can find relevant news and court rulings.
The boss has very strange ideas, and it is impossible to communicate with him using ordinary people's way of thinking.
A fixed welfare deduction of 200 is made every month, but the salary is nowhere near 40,000, which is already illegal.
The bonuses for the three major festivals are only 500. Don't expect a year-end bonus.
Salary is primarily based on educational background, with around 30,000–40,000 to start. The colleagues are easy to get along with, and the administrative staff have regular working hours.
The salary is relatively low, and there may not be opportunities for raises, but it provides a fixed income. Stable.
Two days off per week; basic administrative work does not require overtime.
Administrative salaries are extremely low. They say there is no overtime and the work is simple, but only offer 2x. Then when you ask whether there are opportunities for a raise, the answer is no! Salaries like this are only suitable for fresh graduates or night-school students just entering the workforce! In addition, NT$200 is deducted every month for the welfare fund (the salary is already low, yet they still deduct such a high welfare fee). Then both administrative employees resigned, which shows how poor the company is. The oldest employees are only at the managerial level; everyone else is under 35 (with salaries this low, it is impossible to retain people). You can also transfer to another position with a higher salary, but you have to work overtime every day, understand environmental inspections, and work quickly in order to receive the higher salary.
