Think twice before joining this company. Young people, please don't come here. They will first trick you into coming to work by saying there is an annual bonus. After you have worked for a year by the end of the year, they will then tell you that there is no annual bonus this year because the company lost money. A company that pretends to be pitiful. The boss always says they didn't make any money!!!

Cons
This company is a family business, and every department has people from the owners’ family.
Job responsibilities: You will be asked to do a whole variety of miscellaneous tasks, going beyond the scope of the abilities required for the position you originally applied for.
Company benefits: They are simply awful. Even labor insurance is only based on the minimum wage, providing no future security. After working for 10 years, you would still be insured at the minimum wage.
The boss will only say that the company also has to pay 6% of your labor insurance premium each month.
Salary increases: There is no fixed annual raise. You have to wait until the boss feels like giving one; it could take 3–5 years.
The three traditional holiday bonuses are basic. There are no year-end parties or spring banquets; instead, you get NT$1,200, and that is it.
Year-end bonus: It depends on whether the company makes a profit. The boss will only say one thing: “No.” At most, you get half a month’s salary.
In short, there is a lot of work and little pay. If you are planning to interview at this company, read this first.
No drawbacks
Interview method: avoiding the key points in their answers. They just wanted to quickly bring in a scapegoat employee, so they tricked you into coming to work first.
It really is a “family business” with its head up its own backside.
The salary is also falsely advertised: the base salary is $22,000, with all the bonuses and overtime pay you should receive for the month—$7,500—already included. Then they use a so-called responsibility system to pressure you into working overtime every day, while all the family members—a whole bunch of them, spread across every department, from the oldest to the youngest—leave work on time.
A company full of people who are treated like servants, serving the entire family.
They were quite willing to answer questions throughout the interview, and spoke very politely.
They aggressively nickel-and-dime employees. Not only do they significantly reduce the salary you request, but they also underreport labor and health insurance contributions. In addition, you are required to assist the factory with shipping and packing goods.
It would be better to come for an interview only if you can genuinely accept these conditions; otherwise, it will be a wasted trip.
A terrible company
Does not comply with basic labor laws
Even underreporting labor and health insurance premiums
Can be described as saving money for you
Always thinks employees owe the company a lot
A bunch of heavily brainwashed people with a strong slave mentality
The tragedy of a family business
