The company uses management positions to attract senior talent, but upon arrival, candidates are told that the position does not exist and are instead interviewed for a lower-level role. Throughout the interview, their qualifications are repeatedly criticized. This is completely deliberate deception and utterly despicable.

In the interview, they said they would get back to me in two weeks.
During that time, I even specifically followed up with HR.
The response I got was that the process was still being handled at headquarters.
As a result, this process went on for four months, haha.
By then, I had already found a job, and you were still "going through the process," for fuck's sake.
What a fucking joke.
