Pros

Jisheng Pharmaceutical, Hukou Industrial Park

No exam required; the interviewer is somewhat older.

They don't ask overly difficult questions.

You are hired directly after the interview—no need to wait.

You wear a full-body cleanroom suit and receive an allowance of over NT$100.

Cons

There are very few motorcycle and car parking spaces both inside and outside the factory grounds.

The interviewing supervisor said that some people even arrive one hour early for work just to find parking.

The salary is average, and the benefits are average.

Meal allowance: NT$28. For overtime, you need to bring your own meal.

If you resign immediately after joining, a shoe fee will be deducted.

You won't know the other drawbacks until you start working.

Pros

The supervisor was friendly during the interview, and the process was very natural and smooth.

The company is located in an alley on Dihua Street. The environment is ordinary and has a very traditional-industry feel.

They offered a monthly salary of up to 32,000.

Cons

They were in a hurry to hand over the work, saying that the previous employee was going abroad. Later, when they called to notify me that I had been hired, they even said they could offer me a salary of 33,000. But the next day, they called to say that the general manager did not approve the hire (I was stunned). I had already turned down my other interviews...

Pros

None

Cons

After notifying me that I had been hired, they informed me at 5 p.m. the day before my start date that, due to budget considerations, they would not be adding the position.

Those planning to interview should carefully consider this.
