The company is terrible and is going under
The company is very close to the MRT, making transportation convenient.
For the administrative position interview, HR conducts a computer-based test covering Chinese typing and Excel, followed by an interview with the department manager.
HR's attitude is somewhat sharp. If you are not familiar with Excel or do not frequently use certain functions, these may become areas where you are criticized.
The manager is friendly and approachable. During casual conversation, you can further demonstrate the work skills and personal qualities required for the position.
If overtime is required, compensatory leave is provided instead. Occasional weekend support for events is required.
There are no traditional holiday bonuses. The year-end bonus was not mentioned, but there is a monthly birthday gathering and a quarterly company dinner.
The lunch break is 1.5 hours. General staff must take turns being on duty during lunch.
The company is a family-owned business.
