The work environment is clean
1. At first, you really can’t work overtime, even if you want to.
But later on, it becomes difficult to avoid working overtime every day.
Every time, from Monday to Thursday, there are two hours of overtime.
In fact, even experienced employees cannot endure continuously working overtime in the same posture.
2. Overtime pay is calculated based on a 30-day month.
3. There are clearly many small cliques, but after working there for half a year, I still haven’t seen any particularly obvious infighting.
