A family-like atmosphere
“Seemingly” stable
One department’s work is complicated,
but the equipment, systems, and environment are not properly coordinated,
making it difficult to carry out the work.
They expect the horse to run while also expecting it not to eat grass.
The department manager appears harmonious, but actually, hmm…
They seem very afraid of trouble, have a family to support, and have no choice.

Work environment:
1. The restroom is very clean.
2. You can chat, use LINE, and listen to the radio during work; in the afternoon, colleagues share snacks.
3. The supervisors have all been with the company for a long time, so employee turnover is not very high.
1. The company is on Chang’an West Road. The office workspace is very cramped, and the desks are very cluttered both on top and underneath (documents and personal items). The passageways are very narrow, and the chairs have to be pushed close to the desks, leaving very little room to move around.
2. Parking near the workplace is difficult.
