After completing the English test and an initial interview, I had an interview with a VP.
The VP didn’t even look at anything on my résumé and just talked about himself.
He talked about how good the modules developed by the company were and that they were sold to *Ke *Hai...etc.
Then he told me that the company operates under a results-oriented system and uses WeChat for management.
Finally, he offered a salary lower than what I would expect as a fresh graduate, while telling me that the company is looking for talent.
Don’t be ridiculous......
Everything stated above is true.

No overtime pay, and probably no compensatory time off either.
