Read the community guidelines1. The environment is minimalist and bright, and the receptionist was very nice.
2. Transportation is fairly convenient.
3. During the interview, they asked questions very seriously and carefully reviewed the portfolio and other materials. The interview lasted about an hour in total.
1. The wait was too long; I had to wait about 45 minutes before I could go upstairs for the interview.
2. After the interview that day, they gave me a book on the results of a cultural color education project published by Xue Xue Foundation and asked me to visit the exhibition at the Taipei Fine Arts Museum and submit a reflection afterward. However, after I submitted it, there was no further follow-up. I also sent a thank-you letter afterward, but likewise received no response.
The work environment is clean and bright
1. I had already been notified to come on board and had taken care of everything at my previous job in preparation for starting, only to be told that I had not yet interviewed with the top boss. The boss also looked completely bewildered, and in the end I was left with nothing on either side.
2. HR's ability and attitude in handling matters are both problematic. They called at noon on Friday asking me to come for an interview that afternoon, which was extremely disrespectful.
