The company is terrible. For annual leave, only one person is allowed to take leave at a time. The company also uses a calendar-year system, so even when you reach the required length of service, you still do not receive all of your leave. Even when you are leaving the company, it will deduct your leave. HR is even worse: they do not understand anything and have a terrible tone when speaking. All they do is say, “Then go ask the parent company,” while constantly blaming others for having a bad attitude.

The R&D team is very weak; they only know how to eat and cannot solve bugs themselves. They dump all the problems on the maintenance technicians to handle.
The maintenance technicians’ soldering skills are poor, and they do not modify the boards. They only think about product bug issues, while the board-modification work is left to the operators.
The company offers no benefits but still requires employees to meet performance targets. Even when the targets are achieved, there is no performance bonus.
The company takes back any unused annual leave days without paying employees for them, and they cannot be carried over to the following year. Production-line operators must request leave in advance and use scheduled days off, and they cannot take consecutive days off. Only one person can take a day off at a time, and whether leave is approved depends on the plant manager’s mood. Sometimes, even when the company has no work, it forces employees to take leave. In contrast, people at the plant-manager level and above can take consecutive days off whenever they want.
Employees are expected to curry favor with the boss’s wife on her birthday, but there is no reward for doing so, nor does it lead to better treatment.
New employees do not have their own assigned seats or lockers. They can only find a box themselves and hide it under a desk for their belongings; wherever they sit, the box cannot be moved.
The company provides no benefits but has too many rules, so new employees cannot stay for long.
The company says that employees can report problems, but after they do, it only says that it will handle them without actually taking action. Employees may even be criticized for having too many opinions.
