Read the community guidelinesMy position was as a mechanical design assistant. During the interview, the job duties described included some clerical work and creating BOM tables. However, the job responsibilities and the work content after I started at the company kept changing. In addition to not having a fixed set of duties, my supervisor also said I had to help with purchasing. In other words, I was not simply a mechanical assistant—I was everyone's assistant. Also, everyone may have times when it is inconvenient and they need to take leave, but the company does not really allow leave. If you take leave too frequently, you do not need to come to work the next day because you are dismissed immediately.
Even if employees prepare their own lunch instead of eating the company-provided meal, they are still charged a meal allowance!
