Read the community guidelinesThe colleagues are very nice
They live by outdated ideas and don’t know how to adapt
That probably covers a lot
The colleagues are all older, but they are easy to get along with.
You cannot contradict what your superiors say or have your own opinions.
As soon as you contradict them, you will be labeled.

The resources are pitifully scarce—don't assume that resources will be available just because you join.
Comfortable work environment, good organizational atmosphere and culture, stable salary and benefits. It is a great workplace where you can grow steadily while maintaining a good family life. It is close to Carrefour and Starbucks, making it convenient to shop after work, and very close to the MRT station and bus stops, making commuting very convenient.

The first stage consisted of an English test, personality test, professional subject exam, HR interview, and interview with a mid-level manager. HR was very smooth and friendly throughout the process, from making contact to guiding me through the interviews, and the interviews were very pleasant.
The second-stage interview was with a senior executive, who was very kind and friendly.
HR explained everything very clearly and was also very considerate and patient when scheduling the interview. Both in-person and online interview options were provided. Correspondence was very prompt and efficient, and the tone of the communication was also very friendly. Upon arriving on-site, they first asked about the interviewee’s transportation and guided them to the restroom. After waiting patiently, they then guided them to the interview meeting room and provided a presentation clicker.

Even when they do cooperate, it is merely a matter of taking advantage of each other's resources
The HR representative was friendly, and the manager provided a detailed introduction to the job responsibilities and company culture. Overall, it was a fairly positive experience.
When it was time to meet with a senior manager, I had to wait for a short while. HR said they happened to be in a meeting.
