The business managers and sales assistants in the operations department act very entitled. How arrogant do you have to be to ignore questions?
The HR lady was very polite.
1. You can't see any smiles from the employees in the company; they don't seem to talk to each other at all, and it is extremely quiet inside the company.
2. After receiving the interview notification, I cooperated with the company and went to the interview a week later, only to be told on-site that they had made a mistake regarding the position. I had applied for the Business Assistant position, but the company said at that time that the vacancy was for a Business position.
3. After the first interview, I prepared a PPT introducing the company's products for the second interview (a presentation in Japanese). The interviewers, the Business Manager and Business Assistant, were quite impolite. Even a week after the interview, I received no notification of the result whatsoever. It was a very uncomfortable interview experience.

The boss is a great benefactor.
A great benefactor would never treat anyone unfairly. If you feel you’ve been treated unfairly, it’s because you haven’t worked hard enough or put in enough effort.
At the year-end banquet, there was one bottle of red wine per table. Everyone got drunk and had a great time.
There are no drawbacks to the company’s benefits being so good.
Personally, I don't think any company or department manager has nothing better to do all day than recruit someone, have them start working, and then maliciously fire them. Incompetent, lazy losers who want to take everything without earning it won't properly reflect on themselves or improve after being fired either; they'll only come here anonymously cursing the company and manager. People like this are merely proving one thing over and over again: “This company was absolutely right to fire you.”
To all you useless people who want to lie flat as soon as you start the job, please don't go out looking for work, okay?
You're only wasting everyone's time.
The salary is very generous, and the industry has good prospects.
1. If the head of the Marketing Department takes a dislike to you, they will personally attack you directly in meetings. Their personality and temper are both extremely odd.
2. They hope you know nothing about anything, so that you lose your competitiveness and they can feel happier.
3. Because of personal preferences, this marketing manager maliciously dismissed multiple employees—four or five people, as far as I know.
4. The company pretends not to see his arbitrary dismissals of employees.
If you want to properly build up your professional skills, you should stay at another company. A company that arbitrarily dismisses employees is really not a suitable place to work.
All the advantages have turned into disadvantages.
The company is overly youth-oriented, and every colleague has unfathomable motives. If you’re going for an interview or receive an offer, be sure to think it over carefully. Prepare yourself emotionally before going; otherwise, you’ll probably be so angry every day that you’ll nearly spit blood.
The interview questions were not difficult, and the HR representative sincerely asked questions related to the interview.
The hiring manager had clearly read my résumé.
Yet after listening to my self-introduction, they abruptly ended the interview, using the reason that my “personal experience differed from what the department needed.”
Are job applicants being treated like fools and toyed with?
Although the interview was over very quickly,
I was still extremely upset.
I had already arrived in person, only to hear this kind of reason.
Do they think everyone has plenty of time?
After reading the earlier posts, I initially thought I probably wouldn’t be unlucky enough to encounter these kinds of ridiculous situations,
and I also didn’t want to form preconceived, stereotypical impressions of the company.
But after making the trip myself, it really did turn out that way:
A terrible and disappointing interview experience.
This is a company that does not carefully read résumés or respect job applicants.
For the reference of fellow job seekers.
