The interviewer was an older woman. Without introducing herself or saying whether she was a supervisor or something else, she immediately started asking personal questions (not the kind of simple questions you would normally ask; at a supposedly serious company, is it normal to ask these kinds of questions? XD). She did not clearly explain what the job involved and only asked whether I could work regardless of wind, rain, or strong sunlight, work overtime on holidays, and work overtime at night. Finally, she required me to take a 60-question logic test of some sort (I left without completing it—it was a waste of time). We did not even discuss the salary.
