Southern technical staff
1. The company doesn’t treat employees like human beings. They require you to go to Taipei for training, but they don’t tell you that you’ll need to bring equipment. If you don’t have a car and take the high-speed rail there, you’ll have to carry several large bags while riding the high-speed rail. I don’t understand why they don’t just ship it directly to southern Taiwan.
2. For example, they may require you to bring a bunch of equipment back to southern Taiwan after training on Monday, and then schedule another training session on Thursday requiring you to bring all the equipment back again!
If you apply for a position in southern Taiwan, you have to report to Taipei. They also won’t come ask whether you want to order a boxed lunch at noon. They lack a sense of human warmth.

HR will keep pressuring you to disclose your salary, trying to find out information about various industries; administrative positions are capped at a little over 30,000.
