There's a very old graphic designer in there, in his forties.
To be honest, if he applied for an hourly graphic design job elsewhere,
no one would probably hire him after seeing his portfolio.
The things he makes are insanely ugly,
yet he still thinks he's incredibly talented and acts arrogantly.
All I can say is that the whole thing is strange.
The boss simply likes this kind of eccentric person.
No matter how bad his attitude and abilities are,
the boss still lets him stay at the company indefinitely.
But that's probably for the best.
After all, this company is also very difficult to transform,
and has no prospects or future whatsoever.
Although the boss's son is quite hardworking,
he really doesn't have much talent,
and he has never gone out to gain experience elsewhere.
Anyway, this company basically can't afford to hire many employees.
