Definitely a family business. Please think twice before joining… The boss’s ideas change constantly—what is A today may become B tomorrow. There are a great many strange rules, and the boss’s children are all involved in the company. There are also many cliques among colleagues, making it easy for people to scheme against one another. On top of that, they cannot even afford to hire a cleaner, so employees have to do the cleaning. The boss and their children drive luxury cars, but holiday bonuses and year-end bonuses are practically nonexistent. The work environment is like an old factory. Please consider carefully!
Forces employees to work three extra days every week, often requires Saturday overtime without warning, and frequently changes work locations arbitrarily.
The salary is extremely low. Sometimes there’s overtime at noon and in the evening as well. The year-end bonus is also very poor, and performance bonuses keep being delayed. Just pack it up and call it a day.
