Pros
An old traditional industry company with no advantages. NT$1,000 for each of the three traditional holidays, an annual domestic trip, and an annual health checkup—these can be considered minor advantages.
Cons
No overtime pay. The company is full of older employees, most of whom are unfriendly and unmotivated. There is a strong sense of laziness. Not recommended!
