1. Basically, you are expected to work overtime 3–4 evenings on weekdays, plus two Saturdays per month.
2. You have to pay for your own lunch (there is no additional subsidy in your salary).
3. There are very few parking spaces, so you have to apply for one; if you don't get one, you'll spend a lot of time looking for parking outside.
