Overall, the interview felt like a background investigation, yet had no clear focus.

I interviewed for the business assistant position. The interviewer told me that the working hours were 8:00–17:00, but employees could not leave on time and had to wait until all on-site staff finished work at 18:30 before leaving. However, you have to clock out first (??!!). Also, even if there is nothing to do, you cannot leave early. The whole thing is a huge question mark. This company is clearly violating labor laws, and the salary for the business assistant position is only NT$22,000. You really have to be willing to be treated like a slave to stay there.
Overall, the interview was fairly pleasant.
It focused on past work content and experience.
The travel requirements and salary for the position were also explained quite clearly.
I was suddenly asked to take a typing speed test.
Mobile phones cannot be used at all during work hours.
