Pros
Working at a publicly listed company is prestigious. The supervisor and HR staff are very friendly. The environment is clean, and the office is relatively quiet. Lunch is not provided; a meal allowance of 1,500 is included in the salary. The office and factory are separate, so it is not too noisy. Basically, they comply with the Labor Standards Act.
